Like you, I have to do my workouts early in the morning just to get them in.


I run days per week and I have tons of workout videos that I do. On the days when its a Beachbody workout paired with running, a lot of times I will do one in the AM and the second in the PM. Also like you, most of my family is overweight.

So this is great, I was scared of dropping one of the plan and doing only running to accomplish the marathon. It all depends on what you already have.
